1. What are Glitter Chimps hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time. Excluding all major and federal holidays.
2. What are Glitter Chimps shipping times?
About 1-3 business days when at peak processing volume. Most days we ship same day or next day. Sometimes our our processing is pushed out to 5 business days and if we do have a shipping delay, we usually note the delays in a warning at the top of the website. Business days are Monday through Friday. Excluding all major and federal holidays.
3. Does Glitter Chimp have a shipping cut off time?
Yes, 2:00 PM Central. Orders placed after this time will start processing the following business day.
4. Does Glitter Chimp sell by weight or by volume?
We only sell by weight. All glitter is sold two (2) ounces by weight excluding the Diva’s and Gangster collections, which are sold one (1) ounce by weight. Glass Glitter is sold three (3) ounces by weight.
5. Does Glitter Chimp’s glitter come in jars or bags?
Everything we sell comes in sealed jars!
6. Does Glitter Chimp offer Rush ordering if I really need in stock glitter to ship right away?
Yes! If you need something to ship that day (before 2:00 PM), you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a $5 rush fee that is added but the order will ship that day via FedEx Standard Overnight and be to you in 1 business day. FedEx shipping rates apply. Please contact us prior to using rush ordering. email@example.com
7. I am confused by the shipping times on the web site. Help.
Choosing USPS First Class shipping is going to take 3-5 business days to get to you from us once it ships, First Class shipping is only available on orders under 1 pound in weight. Additional choices are FEDEX and then "Our Choice" shipping methods. FEDEX is typically 2 Day shipping and "Our Choice" is typically 2-3 day shipping. Due to COVID-19, shipping delivery guarantee's are not available at this time.
8. When is the next restock?
Glitter Chimp typically has large restocks on the site every Friday at 8pm Central. We also update inventory daily so please feel free to use the "Email me when available" button to catch those unannounced restocks.
9. Does Glitter Chimp ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship worldwide, our shipping system will approximate shipping rates.
10. Does Glitter Chimp ship to FPO/APO?
Yes! We absolutely can and do!
11. Does Glitter Chimp offer local pick up?
Yes, for local orders over $50.00, optional Dropbox Pickup will be available at 304 E. Rogers Rd. Willis, TX 77378, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for dropbox lock code. Dropbox pick up is not available on the weekend.
12. Does Glitter Chimp offer Monthly subscription boxes?

13. How do I contact Glitter Chimp?
The best way is by email, phone call or even text message. Facebook messenger filters a lot of messages and we do not always see them.
