Shipping and Returns
All orders will ship Monday through Friday.
Orders will ship within three (3) to five (5) business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you.
Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and it's missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business days that something is missing.
Please message us with your name, order number, and email and tell us what is missing. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issue you a store credit.
Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM CT to 5:00 PM CT "Excluding US Federal Holidays". Orders placed after 1 pm CT will ship out the next business day.
Glitter Chimp does not accept returns on any glitter, mica, powders, molds, epoxy, ink, paint, crafting accessories, or digital products.
Glitter Chimp Cup Turners can be returned in unused condition, but we must be contacted within seven (7) days of initial delivery. All turners have a manufacturer warranty on all parts, excluding the motor. If you receive your turner and you have any issues please contact us immediately through our site or Facebook and we will happily help in any way we can. If a cup turner is returned, the value of the cup turner will be issued in store credit as a gift card.
Buyers that qualify for an approved cup turner return are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is then responsible for any loss in value which will removed from store credit value.
