Shipping, Returns & Discounts
All orders will ship Monday through Friday. Orders will ship within one (1) to three (3) business days via USPS or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and its missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business day that something is missing. Please message us with your name, order number and email and tell us what is missing. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issues you a store credit. Items that are reshipped out are shipped by Glitter Chimp's method of choosing.
Glitter Chimp does not accept returns on any glitter or digital products. Glitter Chimp Cup Turners can be returned but we must be contacted within seven (7) days of delivery. All turners have a manufacturer warranty on all parts, excluding the motor. If you receive your turner and you have any issues please contact us immediately through our site or Facebook and we will happily help in any way we can. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is then responsible for any loss in value.
As of this time Glitter Chimp will no longer be offering discount codes due to people sharing codes with those who do not meet the requirements set by Glitter Chimp in order receive glitter at discounted rates.
